Shout out to Manager and staff at New Braunfels location i ordered my catering on mother’s day and accidentally put it for pick up on wrong day. Manager was nice about it and was able to accommodate me.
We live close by quite a few bbq restaurants and Smoky Mo’s has always been reliable! The breakfast tacos are also amazing. It’s one of the first places we went to with our family as we moved to one of the neighboring communities and we can’t stop going! I have business meetings here every now and then and whenever we have family visit from out of town it’s usually the place we go. The food is consistent, the staff is great and the vibe is awesome
We have gotten to go food here many times. Always tasty and perfect. Food is always ready when I arrive (I order online), staff is always polite, and our food is always packed perfectly.
Best Ribs I’ve ever had in my life!!! Meaty, juicy, seasoned perfectly!!! And MO’s Chopped Baker is “to die for”!!! Best Potato Salad around!!! Super delicious meats and tasty sides!!! If I could give this place more stars, I would!!! Price is good to boot!!!!
Love everything about this place! Smokey Mo's was the first BBQ establishment I tried when I moved here four years ago, and it remains my favorite. Although everything I've had on their menu is outstanding, their ribs are the best I've had....anywhere! Their prices beat everywhere else I've tried as well. The staff at the New Braunfels location are the friendliest people in the industry. A huge thank you always making me want to come back for more. It never disappoints
I just moved here to central Texas nearly 2 years ago and decided to try this place today. I have to say, the pork burnt ends are hands down the best I’ve had in Texas. Those may be the best pork burnt ends I’ve ever had. We also got half of a BBQ chicken and the jalapeño sausage. The chicken was perfect. Juicy, succulent and very tasty. The jalapeño sausage wasn’t too spicy and wasn’t to mild. Just right and very juicy. I am so glad we decided to try Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ. They far exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely be coming back to get more pork burnt ends and to check out the rest of the menu.
One of the best places for some brisket sandwiches, green beans, sausage, and buttered potatoes for a very good price. The servings are small (so you don't fall over on the way out), and leave room for your dessert! I heard wonderful things about their banana pudding and pecan pie, but I have not tried them out yet. I will review those at a later date. With the unexpected notice of the remodel of my usual place, I needed somewhere close by, inexpensive, and efficient before heading to work. I did not expect the friendly service of the workers and the wonderful atmosphere that has left me walking out with a smile on my face TWICE. Not just the first time, EVERY TIME. I would give this place 10 stars if I could for their wonderful attitude and food quantity.
My husband and I love this location. The food is always delicious and flavorful. Customer service is great, everyone is super helpful. Employees are welcoming and friendly. This is our go to place for BBQ in NB. We’ve never been disappointed.
